I’m Dr. Karlus Monte` Allen (most people just call me Dr. K). Before becoming a Chiropractor, I spent years navigating chronic knee pain, allergy-induced asthma, and the stiffness many accept as “just getting older.” As a recording artist and father, that pain dulled my creativity, joy, and presence. Chiropractic care changed my life. I began breathing freely, moving with ease, and reconnecting with parts of myself I thought were fading. That transformation inspired my calling: to help others restore their vitality and live more fully.
